This Privacy Policy explains how Rajshree India ("we", "us", "our") collects, uses, stores and protects your information when you contact us — including through our Instagram account @rajshree_india_official, our Facebook Page, WhatsApp, telephone, our websites, or any online enquiry form.
Who we are
Rajshree India manufactures paper-converting machinery — tissue and napkin machines, paper bag machines, wet wipes machines, honeycomb paper machines and toilet roll machines.

Our main website is www.the-rajshree.com. This policy also covers www.rajshreeindia.com and all social media and messaging channels we operate. All are owned and operated by the same company, Rajshree India.
1. Information we collect
When you contact us, we may collect:
- Your name, phone number, email address and company details
- Your city, country and the machine and production capacity you are interested in
- The content of messages you send us, and our replies
- Comments you post on our posts, reels or advertisements
- Your Instagram username and Instagram-scoped user ID, and your public profile name and picture as shown to us by Instagram
- Recordings and notes of telephone calls with our sales team
- Your enquiries, quotations, orders, payments and service history
We do not collect your social media passwords, your contact list, your private messages with anyone other than us, your card or bank account details, or any government identification numbers through these channels.
2. How we use your information
- To reply to your enquiries — including automatic first replies so you are not left waiting outside business hours
- To share product catalogues, specifications and indicative pricing
- To route your enquiry to the right member of our sales team and follow up with you
- To arrange factory visits, demonstrations, quotations and orders
- To process orders, deliveries, invoices and after-sales service
- To send product updates and factory visit invitations on the number you provided
- To improve our products and sales process, including AI-assisted analysis of enquiries
3. Automated replies
Some first replies on Instagram and WhatsApp are generated automatically so that you get an immediate response. Automated replies are identified as such. You can ask for a person at any time and a member of our team will take over.
4. Data sharing
We do NOT sell, rent or trade your data. We share limited data only with:
- Meta Platforms — Instagram, Facebook and WhatsApp message delivery
- Google — Google Workspace, where our customer records are hosted
- AI language model providers — to help draft replies to your enquiry. Message content is processed only to generate a reply and is not used by us to train public models.
- Our internal team — authorised employees of Rajshree India who need the information to serve your enquiry
- Banking and logistics partners — only to fulfil orders you place with us
We do not share your information with any other third party except where required by law.
5. Where your information is stored
Customer records are stored in our internal CRM, hosted on Google Workspace under accounts controlled by Rajshree India. Access is restricted to authorised employees and protected by individual login and two-factor authentication. We use industry-standard encryption. We do not store your passwords, card numbers or bank account details.
6. Data retention
- Enquiry and conversation history: up to 3 years from last contact
- Order and invoice data: retained as required by Indian tax law (up to 8 years)
7. Your rights
You may at any time ask us to:
- Tell you what information we hold about you
- Correct anything that is wrong
- Delete your information
- Stop contacting you
We will action any such request within 30 days.
8. How to request deletion of your data
To have your information deleted, contact us by any method below with the subject "Data Deletion Request", telling us the Instagram username, phone number or email address you contacted us from.

We will confirm the deletion in writing within 30 days. We may need to retain records connected to a completed sale where Indian tax or company law requires it; we will tell you if that applies to you.
You can also remove our access to your Instagram information at any time from Instagram: Settings → Website permissions → Apps and websites.
9. Children
We sell industrial machinery business-to-business. Our services are not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it was last changed. Material changes will be noted on this page.
