Yes. We give a machine trial at our factory before dispatch, and 3 days of free operator training covering running, maintenance and small repairs. Additional training days are available on request.
Standard lead time is 6 to 8 weeks from receipt of advance payment, depending on the model and customisation.
Generally 60% advance with the purchase order and 40% balance after a successful trial at our factory, before dispatch. Exact terms are confirmed on your quotation.
Yes — 12 months warranty on mechanical parts from the date of delivery. Electrical and rubber components, normal wear & tear, and operator misuse are not covered.
Yes. You are welcome to visit our factory in Ahmedabad for a live demonstration. You can bring your own raw material for the trial so you see your exact product being made.
